Your students will be put into groups and experience 3 stations featuring the NRHC Hank the Cowdog Ranch Life Learning Curriculum.

Using our local history, your students will experience the settlement of the West Texas frontier through Five Stages: Comanches, Ranchers, Farmers, Railroads, and Towns.

Engaging lessons with high school students taking National historical events (such as World War I) and teach them at a state and local level to make the topic more relatable. 

HANDS ON ACTIVITIES

Our activities include students interactions, hand-ons activities, crafts, and other engaging involvement about the topic.

GIFT SHOP

The Museum offers a Gift Shop if students would like to purchase items. We also offer a Merch Menu that can be sent to the teacher beforehand to make purchases easier and faster.

TIMES & DURATION

Our Field Trips last about 1 1/2 hours. We can start as early as 9am.

10:00-1130

10:30-12 noon

We also have afternoon hours available.
